There are too many cards [...]
Maybe you're seeing a message saying "This board has too many cards..." and wonder why we do that? Let's find the answer here.
The Anatomy of a Board
A board is a customizable view of your cards. It controls how cards are displayed, organized, filtered, and interacted with.
Use the Presenter mode during meetings & workshops
By going full-screen and/or turning board auto-refresh on, you can easily animate workshops or keep a static display synchronized in real time
Board refresh method
To avoid interrupting your work, boards do not synchronize in real time by default. A notification informs you when someone changes cards that you are currently looking at.

Organize Workflow in Large Teams
Structure work across multiple people and roles without losing visibility or drowning in noise
Limit the cards and dimensions that members see.
Klaro Cards allows you to easily show/hide data by creating Workspaces. Workspaces are collections of boards you give members access to.
The Anatomy of a Workspace
A workspace is a permission and visibility boundary within a project. It allows different teams or user groups to see tailored views of the same project data.
