Core Properties

Property Description
Name The board title
Objective Description of the board's purpose
Display Mode How cards are arranged (see below)
Background Visual theme (default, white, gray, etc.)

Display Modes

Mode Best For
Grid Simple card overview, no grouping
Kanban Workflow stages, status tracking
Matrix Two-dimension organization (rows × columns)
List Hierarchical, outline-style view
Gallery Visual cards with cover images
Gantt Timeline and date-based planning
Chart Data visualization (bar, line, radar)

Anchors (Dimension Placement)

Anchors define where and how dimensions are used on the board:

Anchor Purpose
Display By Dimension used for columns (Kanban) or rows/columns (Matrix)
Cards Dimensions shown on card faces
Ordering How cards are sorted within columns
Filters Panel Dimensions available in the filter bar
Required Dimensions that must be set when creating cards

Filters

Filters control which cards appear on the board:

Card Display Settings

Setting Effect
Show dimensions Display dimension values on cards
Show labels Include dimension names, not just values
Show empty values Display "None" for unset dimensions
Colored by Which dimension colors the cards
Compact mode Smaller cards for dense boards

Summaries

Aggregation bar showing statistics below columns:

  • Count — Number of cards
  • Sum — Total of a numeric dimension
  • Average — Mean value
  • Min/Max — Extreme values

Permissions

Each board has per-workspace access levels:
