  3. Boards

Cards

A card is a single piece of information. It represents a real-world element: a task, a lead, an idea, an article.

You choose what the cards represent, via the Card kind dimension.

A card has a title, a subtitle, a description, optional attached files, and is enriched with dimensions.

Dimensions

A dimension enriches cards with additional information than its title, subtitle and description.

Examples of dimensions are : a status, a due date, a budget, a priority, etc.

You choose which dimensions exist in a given project. Dimensions give Klaro Cards its full power: filters, card organization in space, and visualization in boards work thanks to dimensions.

Boards

A board is a specific visualisation of a subset of cards, aimed at achieving a given objective.

An example board is : Tasks organized by status, with the name of the Assignee on each, to visualize work in progress.

You create as many boards as you want, and organize them in Workspaces.
